By making a donation to TheOnyx, you voluntarily support the community and help with the funding of servers, projects, and future developments. Donations are entirely voluntary and not a payment for services.

No Compensation

A donation does not grant any entitlement to special services, benefits, or rights within the community. Possible rewards (e.g., roles) are purely symbolic and can be removed or changed at any time.

Refund Policy

Donations are final and non-refundable. By donating, you agree to waive any claim for a refund.

Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the donation system will result in an immediate exclusion from the community.

Changes

TheOnyx reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to stay updated on possible changes.

2. Hosting

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available unless issued directly by the seller due to failures or complications.

Service Disruptions

In case of disruptions or downtime, a free extension of the service period may be granted.

Warranty

Purchases include a 7-day warranty. If issues or disruptions occur within this period, support will be provided.

Customer Responsibility

The seller is not liable for any disruptions caused by the customer.

Legal Compliance

All users must comply with European laws. Each user is responsible for their actions on their slot or server.

By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Exchanges

Exact Amount Required

If the transferred amount does not exactly match the agreed value, the deal is automatically invalid.

Proof of Transaction

Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot, transaction ID) must always be provided. Without proof, no claim can be made.

No Refund Policy

All exchanges are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.

Offer Validity

An active offer is valid for 1 hour. After that, a new agreement must be made.

By participating in any exchange, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are in EUR and are exclusive of all taxes. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheOnyx Hosting, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
